The final trimester begins at the start of the twenty-seventh week. During the third trimester, you may find yourself tired from the extra weight of your pregnancy, but growing more excited to finally meet the baby you’ve been growing for the past six months.

You may start to produce colostrum during the third trimester, which is the yellow, nutrient enriched milk that feeds baby after birth. Don’t worry if you leak a bit from your breasts, as this is normal.

During the 38th week of pregnancy, your baby should drop down into your pelvis – in preparation for birth.
